TEXAS MEAT BALLS 'N RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix above ingredients together and make mini meatballs.

1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. instant rice

Microwave meatballs on high 4 to 7 minutes. Rearrange and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high again 4 to 7 minutes. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
