CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)
graham crackers (chocolate and regular)

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars and beat until just combined. Stir in chips. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Place mixture on plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate 1 hour. Just before serving, roll in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.

Note: This taste like chocolate chip cookie dough.
