GRANDMA'S TEACAKES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. sugar
2 lg. eggs
Glazed fruit to taste (1/2 to 1 c.)
1/2 tsp. orange extract plus 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 lb. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add glazed fruit and extracts. Sift flour twice, add baking powder and sift once more. Fold flour into butter and sugar mixture and fold until well blended. Spray a mini muffin tin (12 containers) with nonstick spray and fill each container with a teaspoon of batter (1/2 to 3/4 full). Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto plate. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
