SCALLOPED CHICKEN AND MACARONI 
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chicken stock
2 c. cooked shell macaroni
1 c. cooked frozen peas
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
6 tbsp. flour
3 c. diced cooked chicken
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.

Arrange in a 2 or 3 quart casserole, alternate layers of the chicken, macaroni, peas and egg slices. Pour the chicken gravy over these ingredients. Sprinkle with the buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until well heated through.
