CHICKEN (TURKEY) MACARONI
CASSEROLE
 
1 (7 oz.) box macaroni
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped fine
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth (may be 1/2 c. more)
1/2 box frozen peas & carrots
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let stand 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Stir well before pouring into large (9 x 13 x 2 inch) baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 15.
