SALMON PATTIES 
1 sm. can pink salmon, boneless and skinless
1 (2 oz.) serving Second Nature egg substitute
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs (your own)
1 tsp. dry onion flakes

Mix all ingredients well. Shape patties. Roll in Pillsbury Shake and Blend flour. Spray pan with butter Pam and brown in non-stick skillet.
