PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve 6 tbsp. juice)
5 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers
3/4 stick butter

Mix 6 tablespoons juice with flour, sugar and Cheddar cheese. Top with Ritz crackers mixed with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
