OAT-WHEAT GERM MIX FOR BREADS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. unbleached flour
1/2 c. non·fat dry milk powder
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Cut in butter to form a coarse meal. Store in refrigerator, covered. Yields: 5 1/2 cups. Good high fiber source.
