NO WAIT WHEAT-OAT BREAD 
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2-3 pkgs. yeast
4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 c. soy grits
6 c. whole wheat flour

Warm the oatmeal, salt and oil in oven.

In large bowl dissolve the yeast in the 4 cups warm water with the honey. Add warm oatmeal. Let stand a few minutes. Let stand 10 minutes in warm place until foamy. Add wheat germ, soy grits and whole wheat flour. Knead until elastic. Put in 2 large or 3 small loaves. Bake 15 minutes at 275 degrees then 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
