FRIED PIES 
DOUGH:

3 c. flour
3/4 c. butter shortening
1 tbsp. butter flavoring
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2-3/4 c. water

Mix together and form balls like pie crust. Put in refrigerator, stays good 2 weeks. Use a little flour to roll out. Keep hands oiled to work dough. Use any kind of pie filling (fruit, chocolate, coconut). Fry in deep fat.
