3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
20 Ritz crackers

Crumble crackers in hands, add nuts. Beat egg whites real stiff. Add sugar and vanilla, and beat a little more. Fold in nuts and crackers. Pour in buttered pie tin. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve cold with Dream Whip topping. Do not refrigerate.
