CINNAMON POPOVERS 
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds in blender. Fill 6 to 8 well greased custard cups 1/2 full. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove immediately. Serve hot.
