BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Cheese Whiz

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made ahead of time and store in refrigerator.
