FRESH GARLIC SOUP 
1/2 tsp. olive oil
4 c. chicken broth
10 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 slices French bread, toasted
4 poached eggs

Saute oil and garlic 1 minute. Add chicken broth and garlic powder. Simmer 5 minutes. Place 1 cup of broth mixture into each bowl. Top with 1 slice of French bread. Place a poached egg on top of bread and serve.
