STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 tbsp. (rounded) cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1/2 of (3 oz. size) pkg. or 3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
4 c. fresh strawberries
1 (9 inch) pre-baked pie crust

Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add to 1 cup hot water and cook until thickened and clear. Add strawberry Jello direct from package and stir into hot mixture until dissolved. Add strawberries and put into pie crust shell. Refrigerate to set.
