GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (12 oz. ea.) cans French cut green beans
4 oz. sour cream
1 cup shredded white cheese
1/2 cup mushrooms, cooked (optional)
seasoned dressing mix
dry salt and pepper, to taste

Drain green beans. In a 1 1/2 or 2 qt. casserole combine beans, sour cream and 3/4 of the shredded cheese.

Sprinkle remaining cheese and top with dressing mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted. Cover and let sit 10 minutes more.

Serves 6-8.
