DIFFERENT CUPCAKES 
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter. add nuts. Mix (blend, do not beat) sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Add chocolate-nut mixture. Pour into foil cupcake lined pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. (Makes 60 miniature cupcakes. Bake only 30 minutes if using miniature pans.)
