STRAWBERRY TRIFLE 
1 pound cake
1/4 c. orange juice or liqueur
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
Whipped topping

Prepare pudding as directed on package. Set aside. Slice pound cake and line a glass bowl with slices. Thaw and drain strawberries, reserving juice. Mix orange juice or liqueur with 1/4 cup strawberry juice; spoon over cake slices. Top cake with berries, then pudding. Cover and refrigerate. Spread thawed whipped topping on top before serving.

Other fruits and liqueurs may be substituted. A suggestion, mix banana, pineapple and black sweet cherries.
