INSTANT STRAWBERRY TRIFLE 
6 lady fingers, split cream sherry
1/2 of 21 oz. can (1 1/4 c.) strawberry pie filling
12 of 17 oz. can or 1 c. vanilla pudding
1 c. sour cream

Sprinkle split lady fingers generously with sherry. Arrange lady fingers around edge of 1 quart glass bowl. Spoon about half of strawberry pie filling into bowl. Combine pudding and sour cream; spoon over pie filling in bowl. Top with remaining pie filling. (Cover and refrigerator remaining pudding and pie filling for another use.) Cover and chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
