RED RICE WITH SAUSAGE | |
3 c. cooked rice Bacon Onion, chopped Green pepper, chopped 1 sm. can tomato paste 1 pt. tomatoes 1/2-1 lb. bulk sausage Brown bacon in skillet. Remove bacon. In bacon drippings, wilt onion and green pepper. Add tomato paste and tomatoes to onion and green pepper in skillet. Mix. Brown sausage. Drain. Mix all ingredients. Place in Pyrex dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. |
