CRAWFISH PIES 
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 bunch shallots
Red pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Tart (patty) shells
1 stick butter

Bake tart (patty) shells empty for 8 to 10 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees. Saute onions and garlic in butter for 5 minutes. Add soups, pepper and crawfish. Put in shells and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees.
