CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts or whole chicken, cooked, deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 pkg. stuffing mix

Boil chicken for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Save broth. Pull chicken off bones. Next layer the following in oblong dish. Spread 1/2 stuffing mix in dish and chicken chopped then 1 can celery soup and 1 cup broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 cup broth with onions and celery to a boil for 5 minutes. Take off and pour over the chicken. Top with 1/2 stuffing mix and pour 1 cup of chicken broth over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes.
