CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberry-orange relish, thawed
1/3 c. finely chopped celery

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1/2 cup. Add to gelatin along with the relish. Chill until partially set. Stir in pineapple and celery. Chill until firm. Serves 6.
