MOCK CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Scant 1/4 c. soy sauce

Brown meat and chopped onion. Add diced celery and rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve on chow mein noodles.
