CHOCOLATE DREAM DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and pat out thin in 9x13 inch dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. Cool Whip from 9-oz. pkg.

Mix until fluffy. Spread on cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER:

6 3/4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mixed with
2 c. cold milk

FOURTH LAYER:

5 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mixed with
2 c. cold milk

TOPPING:

Balance of Cool Whip and chopped pecans, if desired.
