LEMON OR CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and press into 9 x 13 greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

LAYER 1:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

LAYER 2:
2 pkg. lemon or chocolate pudding, instant
3 c. milk

Beat pudding and milk and pour on next.

LAYER 3:
1 c. Cool Whip

Spread over pudding, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

May be frozen, but keeps well in refrigerator.
