LAYER 1:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

Combine flour, pecans and melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

LAYER 2:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. powdered sugar

Blend ingredients together using 1 cup of the thawed Cool Whip. Spread over Layer 1.

LAYER 3:

1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
4 c. milk
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding

Blend puddings with milk. Spread over Layer 2.

LAYER 4:

Top with remaining Cool Whip.
