PESTO SAUCE 
2 c. fresh basil leaves
3/4 clove garlic
4 tbsp. pine or walnuts
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. water from cooked pasta
2 lbs. pasta

Crush and blend basil, garlic, nuts, salt, and oil in a blender. Add butter and cheese when ready to serve. Chicken may be cooked and cubed and added to sauce. Cook the pasta. Add 1 cup pasta water to sauce and stir. Pour over pasta, toss and serve.
