ASPARAGUS MORELS 
1 loaf white sandwich bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
4 oz. blue cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
16-18 fresh asparagus spears
1/2 c. melted butter

Trim crusts from bread and roll as flat as possible with rolling pin.

Mix cheeses, mayonnaise and egg until smooth. Spread on bread slices. Place one spear on each slice and roll up. Cut into thirds and dip in batter.

Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 48-54. Can freeze. If frozen add 10 minutes to time.
