"PEACHES & CREAM" CHEESE PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 can peaches, drained (save juice)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice
1 tbsp. (plus) 1/2 tsp. sugar

Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk. Put batter into greased pie pan. Place peaches over batter. In medium bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons of peach juice until smooth. Spread on top of peaches and batter to 1 inch from edge. Sprinkle sugar on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
