PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESE PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice, reserved from sliced peaches
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, dry pudding, butter, milk and egg; mix at medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Pour into 10" pie pan.

Drain peaches reserving 3 tablespoons juice for later use. Lay peach slices close together on top of dough.

Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice; mix 2 minutes. Pour over peaches. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Chill before serving.
