PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESE PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. reg. vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice (syrup)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar

Grease pie pan. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan. Place well drained peaches on top of batter. Blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 3 tablespoons syrup at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour over peaches leaving a 1 inch border all ground. This allow the batter to rise and form a crust. Top with cinnamon and sugar mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Refrigerate when cool.
