PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. instant vanilla pudding 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3 tbsp. butter (softened) 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches (drained) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. reserved juice 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Combine first 9 ingredients. Place in greased 9 inch pie plate. Place drained peaches over batter, leaving peaches 1/2 inch from edge of pie plate. In small bowl mix next 4 ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches, careful not to touch edge. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. |
