PEACH AND CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 pkg. vanilla pudding 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 can peaches 8 oz. cream cheese, soft 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. peach juice 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, egg and milk together. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Place on a layer of peaches and pour flour mixture onto peaches. Next, mix peach juice, cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar. Spread over peaches about 1 inch away from edge of pie pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Chill and keep in refrigerator. Let stand out awhile before serving. |
