FIREMAN'S MEATBALLS 
5 oz. evaporated milk
1 egg
1/4 c. onion, chopped finely
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 lb. hamburger

SAUCE:

2/3 c. ketchup
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. onion, chopped finely

Mix together first 8 ingredients and form into walnut size balls. Cover meatballs with sauce before baking. Bake uncovered at 325-350 degrees for about 1 hour.
