SPAGHETTI BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. grated onion
1/2 c. finely chopped pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tomato soup can
1 soup can water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Garlic to taste, optional
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef, onion and green pepper in skillet. Add soups, water, tomato sauce, salt and garlic. Heat. Blend in 1/2 cup of the cheese. Prepare spaghetti and drain. Add it to the soup mixture. Turn into 3 quart casserole. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly. Yields 8-10 servings.
