A moist cake that doesn't even need icing. 1 (3 3/4, 4 or 4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding 1 c. water 4 eggs, unbeaten Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed of mixer just to moisten. Beat 8 minutes at medium speed or with a wooden spoon. Line a 10" tube pan on bottom with brown paper; do not grease pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool right side up in pan 15 minutes; remove from pan; cool on rack. Try white cake mix - chocolate fudge pudding Yellow cake mix - butterscotch pudding Devils' food cake mix - coconut cream pudding Banana cake mix - banana pudding Lemon cake mix - lemon pudding White cake mix - chocolate pudding & 1 heaping tbsp. instant coffee Devil's food cake mix - chocolate pudding Pineapple cake mix - pineapple pudding Chocolate coconut delight cake mix - coconut pudding. |
