BACON FLAVORED SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (#2) can cream corn
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
6 strips fried bacon
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. whole milk
Salt & pepper
Crumbs & butter for top of casserole

Fry bacon, crumble, fry onion and green pepper in a little bacon fat. Put everything together and pour in a buttered casserole. Cover with crumbs and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
