CARROT GOLD CAKE 
c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. fine nuts

Add together first 5 ingredients. Then add sugar, oil and eggs and mix well. Blend in carrots, pineapple and nuts. Then bake in three 9 inch round layers. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
