LARGE VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
10 carrots sliced, cook 10 minutes
1 head cauliflower (flowerets) cook 5 minutes
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup

TOPPING:

1 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Layer two times and cover with buttered crumbs (topping).

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
