VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
3 bags frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrot, cauliflower)
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 box (crushed) croutons (any flavor)

1. Thaw vegetables.

2. Saute vegetables and onion in butter.

3. Add soup and sour cream and mix together.

4. Pour into casserole dish (Pyrex 13 1/2 x 9 inches).

5. Add croutons to top.

6. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
