BAR - B - QUE 
4-5 lb. chuck roast, cooked (boneless & fat cut away)
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 lemon (with peel on), finely chopped
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
1-2 c. water

After beef is cut up in pot, add above ingredients and simmer. Serve. Makes 16 sandwiches or more.
