EGG FOO YON 
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
6 eggs, beaten
1 can drained bean sprouts
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt

Partially cook in oil, the onion and celery. Mix eggs, bean sprouts, flour, garlic salt and salt. Add 2 cups cooked, diced turkey. Add onion and celery. Make into patties or lay in skillet with large spoon and fry on both sides. Mixture will be runny. Serve with a brown gravy on top.
