EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 slices bread
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown sausage and drain on paper. Beat eggs slightly. Add milk and mix. Add bread (in pieces), salt, dry mustard and cheese. Add sausage to mixture.

Place mixture in greased casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before cutting. Serves 8.
