SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
8 1/2 x 11 Pyrex dish
5 slices toasted bread
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild sausage

Layer Pyrex dish with broken up toasted bread. Brown and drain sausage, then put on top of toast. Mix eggs, milk and cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture on top of sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Suggestion: Prepare casserole night before and refrigerate. Bake next day.
