EASY BAKED LASAGNA 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. hamburger
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 cans water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
6 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Cook onion and garlic until tender. Add meat and cook until brown. Combine tomato paste, soup, water, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper with meat mixture. Simmer 30 minutes or until thick. Cook lasagna as per package directions.

Arrange 1/3 of lasagna in 13-inch pan; cover with 1/3 each of sauce, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers twice; cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
