DELUXE HASH BROWNS 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns (loose pieces, not patties)
1 can potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 chopped onion and green pepper
1 sm. carton sour cream

Put in bowl and let stand until it can be mixed. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika. Sprinkle on shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired, just before finished, until melted. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
