GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
Mixed salad greens
Green pepper
Purple onion rings
Cashew nuts
Poppy seed dressing (Marzettis is good)

Grill chicken chests until done. Tear up greens; add green pepper and onion rings. Toss with desired amount of poppy seed dressing. Slice grilled chicken into strips and add - warm - to salad! Sprinkle with cashew nuts.

Serves 2.
