GRILLED ORANGE VINAIGRETTE
CHICKEN SALAD
 
Dressing:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Salad:

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 bunch romaine lettuce, torn
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
your choice chopped fresh vegetables

Whisk together all dressing ingredients, setting aside 1/2 cup.

Brush chicken with reserved dressing. Grill (turning and brushing occasionally) until done. Cut chicken into strips. Serve over lettuce with oranges and desired vegetables. Drizzle remaining dressing over salad.

Serves 12.
