JIMMY'S EASY BAKED CORN
CASSEROLE
 
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, divided
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, divided
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix corn, 1 sleeve crackers (crumbled), 1/4 cup butter (cubed) and sugar together.

Spay a medium casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Crumble 1/2 sleeve of crackers on the bottom of casserole dish. Pour corn mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crackers over corn mixture - do not mix. Add remaining 1/4 cup of butter (cubed) over crumb topping. Sprinkle milk over crumb topping.

Bake covered at 400°F for 20 minutes and then remove cover and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes until desired browning of crumb topping.
